Turns the actor by the given angle about the given axis (defaults to the Y axis). The axis is in the actor's SELF space. If you want to turn continuously at a given angular speed, use spin instead.
||number||The angle to turn, in radians. Positive means clockwise about the axis, negative means counter-clockwise using the left-hand rule. Or you can just try it with a positive number and if it's turning the wrong way make it negative -- that's how everyone does it :)|
